1. We allow an extra hour for cleanup
2. These hours may be moved up by 2 hours, complimentary (example 9:00 am to 9:00 pm)
3. We allow you to add 2 additional hours to doors opening without moving up your total time for $250/hr for a max of 2 hours
4. We require 50% of the Venue Rental Fee to reserve your date. The remainder is due 30 days later. Flexible payment schedules are available. Inquire within.
5. Note ā A Day of Planner/Coordinator is required, preferably from our Creative Partners list
6. Band Surcharge - We will charge an extra $250 fee for the band/stage breakdown time
7. Please be aware that Holiday Weekends will incur a price increase: New Years Eve & Day, Valentineās Day, Memorial Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve & Day
