Flat venue rental + add-ons:

    Same price, year round. Includes 5 hours for your event within the timeframes below.

    Day Rental | 8:00 am - 4 :00 pm

    Monday - Thursday: $1,500

    Friday, Saturday, Sunday - $2,000

    Evening Rental | 4:00 pm-11:00 pm

    Monday - Thursday (11 AM - 10 PM) $2,000

    Friday, Saturday, Sunday - $2,500

    1. These prices include the inside of the Barn and table and chair set up. Inquire about using additional spaces for your event. Cocktail hour on The Veranda and yard games on The Stone Patio? Yes, please!

    2. These hours can be adjusted if you want to hold an event outside of the time frames listed above. Inquire with your Event Manager. 

    3. 50% of the Venue Rental Fee is required to reserve your date with remainder due 30 days later. Ask about our flexible payment schedule options.

    4. Band Surcharge: $250 fee for the band/stage breakdown time

    5. Holiday Weekends will incur a price increase: New Years Eve & Day, Valentineā€™s Day, Memorial Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve & Day
