- AM 8:00am - 4 :00pm
Monday - Thursday: $1,500
Friday, Saturday, Sunday - $2,000
- PM 4:00pm-11:00pm
Monday - Thursday (11 AM - 10 PM) $2,000
Friday, Saturday, Sunday - $2,500
1. These prices include the inside of the Barn and table and chair set up. Inquire about using additional spaces for your event. Cocktail hour and yard games in The Fireside Courtyard? Yes, please!
2. These hours can be adjusted if you want to hold an event outside of the time frames listed above. Inquire with your Event Manager.
3. We require 50% of the Venue Rental Fee to reserve your date. The remainder is due 30 days later. Flexible payment schedules are available. Inquire within.
4. Band Surcharge - We will charge an extra $250 fee for the band/stage breakdown time
5. Please be aware that Holiday Weekends will incur a price increase: New Years Eve & Day, Valentine’s Day, Memorial Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve & Day
