Catering & Bar

At Swallows Eve, your wedding and event experience is completely customizable with the flexibility to choose a caterer of your choice to pair with Swallows Eve bar service.
Glassware is always included, with dinnerware rentals available.
We offer three bar packages for an easy, stress-free experience within your budget, or are happy to customize something just for your event.

Due to TABC regulations and licensing, we require that our clients allow us to handle their bar service. We offer three bar packages for an easy, stress-free experience within your budget, or we are happy to customize a package just for your event.
Caterers will have a contract with the client and Swallows Eve for the event. They will need to place a credit card on file in case of damages to the kitchen. Use of kitchen and dish machine incurs a fee.
Caterers are responsible for food service and leading the wait staff.
Caterers may rent dinnerware (plates, silverware, etc.).
Glassware for bar service is always included with your bar package.

Booking

We will hold dates and if/when another couple inquires, you will receive notice and an opportunity to secure your date.
In order to reserve your date, a deposit, signed Wedding Agreement, and credit card on file are required. The initial deposit to reserve your date depends on the package you choose.

For non-wedding events, venue rental includes 5 hours of venue access, including your time for set up and removing personal items at the end of the event. Additional time can be purchased.
*All alcohol/bar packages & service must be purchased through Swallows Eve due to TABC regulations. When working with an outside caterer, your bar package is priced separately from your venue rental fee
Dinnerware rentals available.
Yes! We do require you to have a wedding planner or day of coordinator. Our team focuses on taking care of the venue and beverage service for your special day if you choose Swallows Eve catering.
We would be honored to be the site of your engagement photoshoot, or any other photos you'd like to take on the grounds. As an exclusive feature just for Swallows Eve couples, we want you to take advantage of all the land has to offer.

The covered Veranda is the perfect Plan B option for your ceremony, still giving your guests that open-air feeling without being exposed to the elements. It's important to us that you have a separate ceremony and reception location for the best flow between events.

Set Up & Day Of

Yes! We love when a couple makes the space their own with decor. We simply ask that all candles are enclosed in heat-safe glass and have drip-trays for protection of our tables and linens. No permanent installations allowed. No glitter bombs. No confetti.
You have full access starting at 11:00am on the wedding day. Additional hours may be purchased if you need more time. Vendors may start arriving at this time, too, unless given prior authorization.
Yes, as long as there is not a Burn Ban in place. We also ask that your sparklers are no longer than 20" in length for safety purposes.
- No. Cleaning is included in your Service Fee at Swallows Eve. Other than removing personal belongings, you are not required to clean up after yourselves.
Yes, our state-of-the-art sound system is included in our Wedding Services Fee. DJs and bands can hook up to our system that feeds sound to our many exterior spaces for easy listening.

Venue

We love our furry friends and seeing them be a part of your special day! We do allow pets who can be part of your ceremony, however they do need to be kenneled during the remainder of your event.
